CC’s Quality Meats & Smokehouse With a huge range of grass-fed Victorian Beef, Free Range Pork and Chicken, Quality Lamb, you’ll find what you are looking for at your local Butcher. CC’s Quality Meats & Smokehouse is on the main street of both Beechworth and is the obvious choice for the best quality meat and produce. Dan and Clare Cooper are locals and purchased the business in September 2018, previously Beechworth Butchery. It’s a complete 360 for Dan who did his apprenticeship in the very store 22 years ago. We break and butcher our meats in house, hand roll our burgers and make our sausages in the traditional way. In fact, almost everything we sell in store is made by us on site from the freshest ingredients every single day. On top of this we smoke our own smallgoods instore. This is what produces the beautiful aroma that can be appreciated in store and even at times waffling down the street. Hams, Bacon, large range of Kabanas, Pastrami and Salami. You really need to taste the difference.
