The Albury After Hours Clinic is a private appointment based clinic located in the Albury Base Hospital, that operates evenings and weekends covering the urgent needs of patients. The Clinic is centrally located off East Street Albury with easy access from all areas within Albury City boundaries. The Clinic is a joint State and Federal Government initiative, with funding for infrastructure from the NSW Government and a 3-year operating funding from the Commonwealth Government Round the Clock Medicare Investing in After Hours GP Services (IAHGPS). The Clinic is serviced and managed by local Albury GPs. The private facility gives the community access to a GP outside normal working hours in a safe, hospital environment.
